Since beginning in 2009 as a bright-eyed newbie to today, Sam Towe has gained a vast amount of knowledge in what works and what doesn’t. One of the main things she realized was that she needed a coach if for nothing else as a second set of Critical eyes that could keep her on the right path and helped her maximize her workouts. It quickly became apparent that many people were struggling with finding someone who would “give it to them straight”. Sam will be your honest broker with years of experience on stage.
